Samantha has been in clinical practice for over 2 decades. She started as a psychologist at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and joined various private clinics before setting up Inspire Psychology.
Samantha is a lecturer at ACC Institute of Human Services, teaching in the Specialist Diploma in Teaching and Supporting Children with Special Needs. Samantha had recently joined the team at the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC). She also conducts workshops at Singapore Science Center, Cherrybrook Kindergarten and Adam Khoo Learning Centre.
Specializing in Assessment and Intervention of children, Samantha conducts psychological assessments for special school placement (e.g. Pathlight School), school readiness assessment, application to international schools, access arrangements and exemption of mother tongue, diagnostic assessment (e.g. Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD, etc.) and intervention for a range of developmental and learning disorders.
Samantha is also one of the founders of a support group for families whose child has Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia (4Ds).
