Gwen and Agata were privileged to conduct an online workshop on meeting unmet needs and active listening to 80 members of DLG. We shared about the importance of being aware of what our needs are so that we can find more ecological ways of meeting them.
Awareness of unmet needs is also the foundation of good relationships as two parties with many unmet needs will not form a happy marriage or partnership.
Finally, we shared principles of active listening to empower the members of DLG to practise psychological first aid on themselves and their loved ones and clients. It was a wonderful session with many memorable interactions and sharing. Thank you DLG for welcoming us so warmly.
