HAPPY CATERPILLAR WORKSHOP FOR ACRA SINGAPORE
26 July 2021
Chatty Caterpillar had the privilege of sharing how to identify our unmet needs and understand our reactions at a LunchLearnEvent organised by ACRA on 26 July.
At this event, we shared with more than 30 ACRA officers about the importance of correctly identifying our unmet needs, putting them down in words, so that we can activate our logical minds to meet these needs in a healthier and more ecological way. Doing so can reduce frustrations and improve self-empowerment.
We used demonstrations like blowing a balloon and videos like Gru from Despicable me to create an engaging session. Agata Stapelfeldt also had the opportunity to share about her journey as a mother of 4 and how she manages her children's emotions and her own.
Thank you ACRA for investing in the mental wellness of your team. We look forward to working with you on more events.
